EKU Campus Recreation has an awesome clinic available to anyone and everyone. Our personal trainers will be leading a Squat Clinic on November 30th at 1:30pm on the Fitness floor of the Fitness and Wellness Center. This clinic will include warm-up exercises (mobility and dynamic based), squat set-up, proper positioning, strength vs. power vs endurance programs, and the benefits of adding squats into an exercise routine. This is an event you won't want to miss!
