Mondays

- TRX 12:00pm-1:00pm, Instructor: Maggie 

- Cycling 4:00pm-5:00pm, Instructor: Gabi 

- Zumba 5:15pm-6:15pm, Instructor: Alex B 

- PiYo 6:30pm-7:30pm, Instructor: Gabi 

- Cycling 7:45pm-8:45pm, Instructor: Courtney C 

- POUND 9:00pm-10:00pm, Instructor: Holly 

- Hip Hop Dance Fitness 10:15pm-11:00pm, Instructor: Dale 

 

Tuesdays

- Cycling 6:30am-7:30am, Instructor: Courtney C
