During the summer on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12-12:50pm and Friday from 12:30-1:20pm in Begley Kerns Softball room. Classes will end July 1st. Come out to our CrossFit style class using compound exercises to build muscular strength and endurance, increase mobility, and improve metabolic conditioning. (Challenging class, but accessible to multiple levels of fitness)
